5 minute Chocolate Mug Cake

Ingredients
4 tbls flour
2 tbls sugar
2 tbls cocoa
3 tbls chocolate chips(optional)
1 egg
3 tbls milk
3 tbls oil
small splash vanilla extract
Directions
Add dry ingredients to mug and mix well.
Add the egg and mix thoroughly.  Pour in the milk
and oil and mix well.  Add the chocolate chips)if using and vanilla extract, and mix again.  Put
your mug in tghe micfrowave and cook for 3 minutes at 1000 watts.  The cake will rise over
the top of the mug, but don’t be alarmed!  Allow to cool a little and top out onto a plate if
desired.  Eat! (This can serve two if you want to feel slightly more virtuous.
I made this a couple of times.  Tasted all right, but had the texture of a rubber ball.  If
anybody knows how to bake in a microware  or  make adjustments etc.  Please share.  Also I
had to mix in a separate bowl because the first time I didn’t get the stuff in the bottom all
mixed up.  It does seem quick and easy though .
