1 pkg yeast, 1/3 cup warm water, lil sugar
1 cup warm water
2 tbls olive oil or any oil you prefer
1/2 tbl salt
Optional added to water:  chopped spinach, onions, Italian spices, garlic...
you get the picture..  any flavors you like
4 cups flour

Proof yeast mixture.  Add remaining ingredients except flour to water and allow flavors to meld  while yeast proofs.
Mix in yeast mixture, blend, then add one cup flour stirring briskly.  Continue adding flouring and mixing or kneading.  Turn out on floured surface and knead until smooth and elastic.  Shape into round.  Grease pan.  I use a large pizza pan  Bake at 375 deg for 25 min
