6 cups flour
3 tbls baking powder
1 tbl salt
Add and crumble into flour mixture
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup Shortening
Traditional Method
2 cups milk   Make well in center of dry mixture..add milk...mix with fork until all is moist.
My Preference                  2 cups milk  in large mixing bowl..Add dry mixture a little at a time until all moist.  Seems like I
can get it all moistened this way.
Turn out onto floured surface.  Knead a few times.  Roll out to 9x13 in size.  I use a small tomato sauce can for cutter.  Makes 20
(4 rows 5 across)biscuits.  Bake at 425 until brown.  Cut recipe in half if you aren't cooking for a crowd or Ken.
