Angel Biscuits 3


5 cups self rising flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp soda
1/2 cup bacon drippings
2 pkg yeast, 1/4 cup warm water, 1/3 cup sugar
2 cups buttermilk

Combine dry ingredients.  Dissolve yeast and sugar in water then mix wsith bacon drippings and buttermilk..  Roll out for 9x13 in pan.  Cut 20 biscuits(4x5 rows) Cover and refrigerate for two hours.  Bake 425 deg until brown.  Haven't tried this recipe.  Proceed at your own risk and let me know!
